The role
Own the top of TFO’s recruiting funnel: sourcing, first-round screens, candidate evaluation, pipeline management, and keeping high-quality talent moving through the process.
What you’ll own
- Source candidates across priority roles
- Run structured first-round interviews and screens
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-up
- Keep scorecards, notes, and hiring stages organized
- Continuously improve sourcing channels and recruiting process
What we’re looking for
- Strong judgment and interviewing ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High follow-through and organization
- Comfort recruiting across marketing, creative, finance, product, and operations
- Agency or in-house recruiting experience is helpful
- Ability to move quickly without lowering the bar
What success looks like
Within six months, hiring managers consistently have strong candidates to interview, first-round screening quality is high, and priority roles no longer stall because of insufficient pipeline.
Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience, demonstrated ability, and location. Final compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
