The Focke Organization, LLC is a privately held consumer brands company that builds, operates, and scales direct-to-consumer businesses across beauty, wellness, personal care, and women’s health.
The role
Support TFO’s finance function across management reporting, FP&A, invoice review, vendor auditing, reconciliations, and operating analysis. This is a junior role with meaningful ownership.
What you’ll own
- Maintain and improve recurring financial reporting
- Audit vendor invoices and identify discrepancies or unnecessary spend
- Support monthly P&L close and variance analysis
- Build and maintain simple forecasts and operating models
- Reconcile key financial and operational data sources
- Track action items that arise from financial reviews
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, audit, or a related analytical role
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets ability
- Very high attention to detail
- Comfort investigating discrepancies rather than accepting numbers at face value
- Clear written communication and follow-through
- Accounting coursework or experience is useful but not mandatory
What success looks like
Within six months, management reporting is more reliable, invoice leakage is lower, and leadership can trust that important variances are identified and explained quickly.
